Castlebay Hotel

The Castlebay Hotel commands spectacular panoramic views over the natural harbour, ancient Kisimul Castle and the island of Vatersay beyond. The hotel provides a welcoming, comfortable and central base where you can eat great food, sample good wine and meet like minded guests, and even enjoy a pint in the pub next door with the locals!

It’s central location means that it’s only a couple of minutes walk from the Oban ferry terminal and town centre where you’ll find a bank, post office and indian restaurant. The hotel has 14 rooms, a busy restaurant and the Castlebay Bar which is renowned for it’s live music throughout the year. Certain parts of the hotel are dog friendly and we have one dog-friendly bedroom.
